After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors also hereby announced the appointment of Zhibao Xinqin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.("Zhibao Xinqin") as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after Zhongzheng Tianheng's resignation took effect on May 8, 2024.
