Decision on taking counter-measures against US military enterprises and senior managers

For some time, the United States has ignored China's objective and impartial position and constructive role on the Ukraine crisis, imposed illegal unilateral sanctions on many Chinese entities on the grounds of the so-called Russian factors, and engaged in unilateral bullying and economic coercion. Seriously infringe upon the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, institutions and individuals. At the same time, the United States continues to sell arms to Taiwan, seriously violating the one-China principle and the provisions of the three Sino-US joint communiques, seriously interfering in China's internal affairs and seriously undermining China's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In accordance with articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 15 of the Anti-Foreign sanctions Law of the people's Republic of China, the Chinese side has decided to take counter-measures against the following US military enterprises and senior managers:

For Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, Lockheed Martin Airlines, Javelin Joint Venture, Raytheon Missile Systems, General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, General Dynamics Information Technology, General Dynamics Mission Systems, Intercoastal Electronics, Systems Research and Simulation, Iron Mountain Solutions, Applied Technology Group, Aksiente and other 12 enterprises listed in the counter-system list. To freeze movable property, immovable property and other kinds of property within the territory of our country.

To Casey Walden (Chairman, CEO, President of Northrop Grumman), Matthew Brownberg (Vice President of Global Operations of Northrop Grumman), Benjamin Davis (Vice President and General Manager of Strategic deterrence Systems of Northrop Grumman), Thomas Jones (Vice President of Northrop Grumman and President of Aeronautical Systems), Stephen O'Brien (Vice President, Global Business Development Officer, Northrop Grumman), Roxanne Rod (Vice President, Northrop Grumman, President of Defense Systems), Ferrat Gaizeng (Vice President of General Dynamics, President of General Dynamics Armament and Tactical Systems), Jason Aiken (Executive Vice President of General Dynamics Technology), Amy Giaglan (Senior Vice President of General Dynamics and President of General Dynamics Information Technology), Christopher Brady (Vice President of General Dynamics and President of General Dynamics Mission Systems) and 10 senior managers listed in the counter-control list. No visa is issued and entry is not allowed (including Hong Kong and Macao).

This decision shall enter into force as of May 22, 2024.
